SIGNATURE CLASSES

Our innovative class design rotates training focus every 4 weeks, ensuring you achieve a balanced and comprehensive workout.

  • We offer circuit classes that will help you to build strength, endurance, and muscle tone with an alternating focus on the targeted muscle groups - (upper body, lower body, or full body) to give you a balanced workout. Classes include a progression-based lift of the day, dynamic equipment like barbells and kettlebells, and strategically integrated cardio for recovery or intensity. Expert instructors ensure proper form and safety, while scalable exercises accommodate all fitness levels.

  • STRONG is a weight lifting class. The focus will be on 6-10 exercises with adequate rest periods in between, to let you exert extra effort into the lifts. This slightly slower paced class will help you perfect proper form and progress on your strength gains. Don't expect much or any cardio in this workout. This class is a great change up to our circuit classes

  • Get ready for a high-energy workout that targets your core and challenges your entire body! In Sweat Circuit's Core and Conditioning class, we combine a variety of core and full body exercises. You can expect to use equipment like treadmills, bikes, ski ergs, medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells, bands and much more! It can be as intense as you wish and designed to push you in the right way!
