Workout Formats
Shorter Full Body workouts with a focus on upper or lower body. Weekday workouts will include an optional finisher
Reasoning:
*We know you are busy during the holiday season, our goal for you is to maintain, so when you come in you will work upper and lower body.
*Shorter workouts are easier to get your mind around when you have a ton to do. You can still get a ton of work done in 40 minutes.
*This will give your body a break from the specificity of upper and lower body workouts.
*We will get back to specific strength workouts in the new year.
Tips:
*We encourage you to stay for the finisher, but applaud you if you just come to the workout when you are short on time.
*When you know you only have 40 minutes of work, let it motivate you to work a little harder.
*Be on the lookout for coaches giving their own personal touch on the finishers!
